Can I file a motion at any time in a Florida divorce appeal?

Not necessarily.  There are deadlines for filing certain types of motions.  A motion for attorney’s fees and costs must be filed by the time for filing the reply brief and motions seeking rehearing, clarification or review of the appellate court’s decision must be filed within fifteen days of the decision.
