what happens motion for rehearing

What happens to the deadline to appeal a Florida child custody or divorce order if I file a motion for rehearing?

If a proper, timely and authorized motion for rehearing is filed, the deadline to appeal is tolled (put on hold) until the trial court files a signed, written order disposing of the motion.
