Can clients attend an oral argument hearing?

Yes.  Clients should understand, however, that they will likely be sitting in the gallery and not at the table with their attorney.  Clients should also be educated in advance of the oral argument that an oral argument hearing is much different than their Florida divorce or child custody trial.
