The appellate court’s decision is not necessarily the end of a Florida divorce or child custody appeal. FAQ on when you can review and appeal the decision.
What happens when the appellate court releases its decision?
The appellate court’s decision is not automatically the end of the appeal. Once the appellate court’s decision is issued, each party to the case has fifteen days to file several different types of motions that request further review of the accuracy of the appellate court’s decision.
